We've seen many variations of this dish, probably because it’s super simple and kid friendly. You can use either refried black or pintos, just make sure there is no lard in the beans.

Directions
Mix the beans, Bisquick and water together in a bowl. Transfer the mixture to a pie pan that has been lightly coated with cooking spray. Spoon the prepared salsa over the mixture, then sprinkle the Daiya over that and top with ¼ to ½ cup of any or all of the following on top:
Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Serve with avocado slices and additional salsa.
