Boursin Cheese Spread

This delicious spread is so easy to make. Enjoy it with crackers, bread or raw vegetables.

Ingredients

8 oz. tub vegan cream cheese, softened slightly (like Tofutti brand)

2 tsp. dill weed (use freeze dried)

2 tsp. chives

1 tsp. basil

¼ tsp. garlic powder

lemon pepper

Directions

Blend the Tofutti with the dill, chives, basil and garlic.

Stir well to evenly incorporate.

Form the mixture into an oval shape and roll it in crushed lemon pepper.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

This will keep for several days refrigerated.
